Today, my nephew Luke turns three. I remember when this kiddo was born.

I really wish we could be there for his third birthday, but we can’t, so here’s a picture of his first birthday. First birthdays are great, because a lot of kids haven’t developed a picky-enough taste in toys yet, so we went to the 99 cent store and bought a bucket full of things with an interesting texture and feel. He loved the white rubber bat the most.
