Foodspotting No. 45 & 48 – Nasi Lemak & Beef Rendang

Heads up my friends, it’s Thanksgiving week so expect a lot of food pics.
.
This one isn’t very Thanksgiving related, but while we were in Seattle, Deanna and I came across a great, almost hidden Indonesian spot. Got to check off a couple other tick marks from our Foodspotting mission.
.
The nasi lemak was great– rice done in coconut milk with a side salad of peanuts, anchovies, and potato chips… coupled with a great roasted chicken. Then there was the beef rendang- dry curried stewing beef. Thank you, Seattle, for being such a great hub of Asian foods.
