Moms on the Pier

Growing up for me was a mix of different experiences. I moved a lot and by the age of six I’d already lived on both coasts of the US and the Midwest. I’d lived with a rotating cast of family members and there was always the presence of change.

The biggest constant that whole time? My mom. And it goes that it’s always been way too easy to take her sacrifices and consistency for granted, which really isn’t fair. I have absolutely no idea where I’d be without my mom and I wouldn’t wanna know. I had it as good as it gets.

This is also the first Mother’s Day I get to spend having a mother in law. This day keeps getting better as I get older. Deanna was also blessed with a completely selfless mom, and I get to see that reflected in my wife every single day.

Moms rock.
